Users
Access to and/or use of the RC RACING website confers the status of USER, who, upon such access and/or use, accepts the General Terms of Use set forth herein. The aforementioned General Terms and Conditions shall apply regardless of any General Terms and Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.
Use of the Website
RC RACING provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, "the content") on the Internet belonging to RC RACING or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. During such registration, the USER is responsible for providing accurate and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they are responsible, and they agree to use it diligently and confidentially.

RC RACING reserves the right to remove any comments or contributions that violate human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, harmful to youth or children, public order or safety, or that, in its judgment, are not suitable for publication. In any case, RC RACING shall not be liable for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
RC RACING, either directly or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as to the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by RC RACING or its licensors.
