Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
The product must be in perfect condition, unused and uninstalled.
It must retain its original packaging and labelling.
Returns of installed, modified or used products will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact us at rcr@rcracing.es or by phone at +34 973 18 11 63, providing your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
Send the product properly packaged to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Defect or seller error: if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect order or any reason attributable to RC Racing, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Withdrawal: if the return results from the buyer's change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will refund the full amount within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
Personalised or custom-made products produced to the customer's specifications.
Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.
